Operations Manager

Job Description - With high level of independent decision making
authority will:
- Determine Key Performance Indicators and targets.
- Prepare annual strategic and business plans in coordination
with department heads.
- Prepare company performance metrics and break it down to departmental
and individual performance metrics using the Balanced Score Card
Tool.
- Recommend and approve expenditures for day to day operations,
annual capital and development of new programs/services to increase
the firms market share.
- Monitoring of compensation structure of individual on a yearly
basis and commission calculations on a monthly basis.
- Oversee cash flow in terms of monitoring of profit, capital
expenditure, receivables, payables, and other components of working
capital.
- Oversee accounting and generate reports using the accounting
software Quickbooks.
- Interact with key potential customers.
- Manage a staff of 10+ employees (Sales, Service, technical and
field).
(Monitoring progress through data analysis obtained from the CRM
software Salesforce.com.
- Initiate programs and procedures to increase efficiency in work
flow, data quality and report preparation, customer support, in-budget
project deliverables.
- Prepare weekly sales projections, monthly administrative reports.
- Submit monthly variance reports and participate in monthly corporate
conference calls; in addition, I helped streamline our A/P and
A/R functions with corporate accounting in Reno, Nevada using
QuickBooks® software.
- Oversee H/R requirements and review same with the President
of the company to insure that employee/corporate needs were met.
- Conduct regular surveys and determine customer satisfaction
indexes using statistical analysis.
REQUIREMENTS:
MBA or foreign academic equivalent in Finance/Business/Management Studies with 2 years of experience
