Simulation
MetaCAM's built-in simulator can graphically simulate the processing results of parts or layouts on laser, punch and combo machines. The comprehensive simulation includes reposition operations as well as special operations such as part unloading and hole tapping.
The powerful NC code
parser can read and analyze NC code generated for a wide variety of machines. The code can then be run through the graphical simulator. It can also be reverse-engineered back into a part. The part is cleaned up to remove artifacts such as approach geometry, escape geometry and wire-joints so it can easily be used to generate code for a different type of machine (punch to laser, laser to punch).
