Metamation welcomes customer feedback and requests. We are eager to understand the needs of our customers and are constantly striving to improve Metacam to better meet your needs. Users can report a Bug or a Feature request by clicking on the link below.

Email BF report

Information to include in the BF email:
Brief description of the Bug or Feature Request
Version and Build of Metacam currently used.
Config.dat, mcam5.ini and uconfig.dat files that can be found in the Metacam    install directory ( usually C:\Metacam5). Add these files as an attachment to the     email
Any Part (.pdg), Layout (.lyt) or Nest Job (.job) files associated with the problem.
