Training

Metamation offers several training options for our customers to master the Metacam Product suite purchased.

On Site Training
Trained staff will visit your facility and conduct the training program onsite. This allows us to understand your process and will help overview of the actual install at your facility.

Web Training
Web training sessions can be purchased and scheduled within a defined period. This is the most cost effective method of training that uses desktop sharing utilities to share the Trainers Desktop with the customer. This requires a telephone line and a high speed internet connection (T1, Cable or DSL).

In House Training
Training classes are periodically scheduled and conducted at the Metamation Office.

Please contact Metamation support staff to find out more about the training program best suited for your needs. The number of days/ hours required can be determined based on the package purchased and areas you want to cover.
